A very welcome surprise for the team and a testament to the passion and dedication of everyone involved in this project.

Absolutely delighted for the team to receive such amazing recognition from the AJ. It was a particular honour and surprise to be awarded the Editor’s Choice, given the calibre of other shortlisted projects. Brilliant client, superb team and a project we are all proud of.”

Garth Fitzsimons, Director, MLA

Jeremy Scott, Chairman and Head of Design, MLA

Ian Macleod Distillers took Rosebank to its heart and set out to honour the site, value its deep heritage, and create a building the community would be proud of. The result is a fantastic structure we can all celebrate, enjoy, and use. We are grateful to everyone who helped with its delivery.”

“The jury loved this project, saying it truly combined ‘social and historic heritage’. The stakeholders invested in this ‘great community offering’ without expectation of seeing any return for at least 10 years, they noted. It showed ‘great confidence in the heritage of the scheme and its community’, said the judges. ‘The team stuck to their guns and made a commitment to do the right thing.’”"
