Design Inspiration: Function and Experience
“I’m a firm believer in ‘Form follows Function’. Beauty and delight will follow but the spaces we design have got to have a purpose and they must function properly.
I am also intrigued by how we experience the world around us and how we react to the structures, surfaces, and spaces we create. Scale, colour, views, lighting, texture, smell, temperature, sound. The list is extensive and quite possibly endless since it varies on every project….but it all matters.”
