Regular training and professional development are key to the success of our growing team.
The MLA Masterclass is our in-house programme of CPDs, talks and presentations on important issues in the built environment. In the last year this has included training on The Building Safety Act 2022, asbestos awareness and sex inequality in the design of public spaces.
Site visits are a regular part of our learning and development programme. An opportunity to share knowledge, innovative solutions and lessons learned, we encourage our team to get involved as much as possible.
Supporting Career Development
Part-qualified architects are supported through their Part III studies, and architectural technologists for CIAT, with mentoring, guidance and study and exam leave.
