Mix 30 Under 30

Mix 30 under 30 is an annual event celebrating young talent in the design industry.

We’re delighted that our Manchester colleague Ragda Elhag has been recognised by Mix Interiors for her skill in interior design.

Making an immediate impact since relocating to MLA’s Manchester office, Ragda was the lead designer on BCO Regional winner, One Spinningfields. A Manchester city centre hub for NatWest, the workspace was designed around well-being, social interaction, accessibility and inclusivity.

Ragda has also been working closely with financial services client Evelyn & Partners to design and deliver an 8,000 sq ft CAT-B office space in Leeds. Its success has led to a further opportunity with MLA appointed to design their new office in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.

In addition, Ragda is involved in the concept design for a CAT-A reception and co-working scheme in the heart of Manchester city centre for developer, Bruntwood.

Ragda’s ability to work well with high profile clients is testament to her professionalism and ambition. She’s keen to learn new skills and manages her time to include external CPD training and group knowledge shares within the wider MLA teams.

Incredibly focused, Ragda works hard to ensure the success of everything she’s involved in, gaining a lot of respect in the industry in a very short time.
