Sharing ideas and values are the foundation of our strong sense of team spirit and close relationships within our industry.
Advocacy groups created within MLA support the community, the environment and learning ambitions of our team. Through CPDs, panel discussions, round tables and attendance of industry events, we continuously learn and engage with important issues.

Active and Sociable
We hold a variety of social events based around bringing people together and celebrating our individual interests. With a diverse group from 13 different countries, we take part in a wide range of activities throughout the year. From joining the Women in Property Step Challenge to our MLA 100k charity fundraiser, we’re an active group.
