An Impactful Branded Arrival Space

Our CAT A refurbishment for LSPIM of 300 Bath Street in Glasgow has transformed the arrival experience with significant alteration to the building to create a new impactful, branded entrance with a striking canopy and new shape.

The new entrance sequence is complemented by the complete overhaul of the main reception, creating a light and inviting space to welcome occupiers and guests and a breakout space that makes the most of the views across to the Mitchell Library.

Enhancing User Wellbeing

In the basement, a new wellbeing centre with cycling storage, fitness suite and changing & shower facilities has been created.
