This project fills a longstanding gap site that greets visitors on arrival at Stirling Train Station.

The site is near Stirling Castle and the city centre.

The block comprises of 53 new-build, one and two bedroom affordable flats in four separate blocks along with retail/commercial premises at street level, creating a new civic edge for the city.
