Major Redevelopment of Sky Campus

MLA are proud to be working in partnership with Sky on a major redevelopment of their Livingston campus.

A planning application has been submitted to replace existing disconnected buildings with a single ultra-low energy workplace designed for hybrid working and collaboration. The proposals will extend the site by an additional 15 acres, taking it to over 21,000m² in size, and be home to around 3,000 staff.

The new three storey building would be arranged around a generous, light-filled courtyard to enhance well-being. Amenities will include modern event spaces, a meeting centre, café, restaurant, and activity-based workspaces. Existing facilities such as the gym will also be upgraded with state-of-the-art features.

It will also deliver significant benefits to the local community, including landscaped green spaces and active travel links.

The development of this exemplar campus is a great fit for MLA values –people centred and sustainable design and placemaking.
