Our CAT-B fit out of Morton Fraser’s new office at 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow aims to fulfil the vision of a workplace that was better connected, encouraged social interaction and collaboration and enabled hybrid working.

The Destination

The building, completed mid 2015, offered the firm a high quality workplace environment with an environmental performance rating of BREEAM ‘Very Good’. MLA were able to work with the versatile and efficient floorspace to create a consolidated, flexible workplace.

The Opprtunity

The move to their new office was an opportunity to create a colourful and collaborative workplace that was true to the Morton Fraser brand.

The Approach

We created a welcoming reception leading to formal meeting rooms to bring clients, and an open, light office space for focused work

Flexible Worksettings

The introduction of informal meeting spaces and a central tea prep created an alternative, inclusive space where people could take time away from their desk and encourage social interactions.
