Two Award Winning Projects and Chair's Award for Gillian Stewart
A fantastic result for our team, clients and project partners as MLA picked up three awards at last week’s British Council for Offices Awards in Scotland for 2026.
The awards, celebrating skills, creativity and excellence in office design, recognised two of MLA’s recent projects.
30 Semple Street, winner for Commercial Workplace
The aim of 30 Semple Street’s redevelopment was to achieve the highest environmental and sustainability accreditations in Scotland whilst creating bright, flexible spaces with great amenities.
Endorsing the hard work of everyone involved, it was awarded the highest level, BREEAM “Outstanding” certification.
20 Brandon Street, Winner for Corporate Workplace
‘Customer’ experience was foremost in the refurbishment of this complex site for our client, BlackRock.
By maximising the available area to achieve the wide variety of work settings required, MLA were able to deliver their exciting and dynamic vision.
Chair's Award for Gillian Stewart
And endorsing her significant influence, MLA director and former BCO Scotland chair, Gillian Stewart received ‘The Committee Chair’s Award’ for an outstanding contribution to the Scottish property industry.
Well done to Gillian and all those involved in delivering these fantastic projects.
