Regenerating a major brownfield site
A substantial site in the heart of Edinburgh’s new town is in the process of being transformed into Edinburgh’s best new residential development. It is also one of the largest housing developments in the centre of Edinburgh in recent years.
Orion Fund V’s mixed-use ‘New Town Quarter’ focuses on community and sustainability and will include 107 new homes and a significant public realm. It’s designed to complement and emulate the surrounding Georgian architecture in this highly desirable neighbourhood.
MLA is working on the initial residential phase which is expected to complete in 2028.
